When using "Agrotex" in the greenhouse, energy is saved for heating.
As a result of using "Agrotex" strawberries and tomatoes ripen three or even four weeks earlier. You can cover the bushes. So, grapes of late varieties will ripen before the onset of frost, if they are covered with Agrotex closer to autumn.
"Agrotex 30", like "Agrotex 42" is used to protect plants from medium frosts (6-8 degrees). It is more durable, but also quite light. Can be used to cover greenhouses. The principle of operation is the same as that of the canvas brand 17.
"Agrotex 60" has a density of 60 g/m2. Very durable. Saves from frost at 9 degrees. It can be used all year round to cover greenhouses, protect ornamental bushes. It is also quite light. Nevertheless, it is used with a frame, especially for tender young plants. The sharp parts of the frame are covered from contact with agrofibre so that it does not break. The frame is covered, the edges are fixed so that the wind cannot lift them. If it rains for a long time, the greenhouse is covered with a film. This must be done so that excess water does not accumulate near the plants. After all, outside of it, moisture evaporates faster under the influence of the sun and wind.

Black agrofibre "Agrotex" is produced only dense.
Under it the soil warms up, the moisture under the plants is preserved. In addition, it successfully fights weeds, since without the action of sunlight they stop growing. Having planted the plants, they cover the area with black agrofiber, cut holes in the form of a cross so that the plant can freely pass through it to the outside. The canvas is laid on the ground. If you want to mulch an area with annual plants, it is better to first lay the fiber with holes, and then plant seedlings in them. This will keep the tender leaves from getting damaged. Summer use
"Agrotex" is a covering material that can be left on until the time comes to harvest. But this does not apply to plants pollinated by bees and other insects. The fruits of pepper, tomatoes under the canvas do not bake in the sun, because under it a special tropical microclimate is created.
Storage
If the agrofibre has fulfilled its function, it is removed from the garden or greenhouse, shake off the ground from it. After rinsing and drying, roll up and hide until next spring.
