Now the problems of heat supply are being successfully solved thanks to the use of autonomous sources of thermal energy, which is of particular relevance for enterprises with small production capacities. Such sources, of course, can serve as boiler plants. They are also highly efficient in the heat supply of residential buildings. Modern boiler plants are a high-tech complex of special equipment designed for heating structures of any scale and direction.

Despite the huge selection of types and modifications of such devices, almost all of them have identical main components, which include the following: operational bunker, transport fuel supply device with a dispenser (sluice gate), gas generator, water heating boiler, controller-programmer, a special fuel humidification system.

Boiler plants can operate on a variety of types of liquid (wasteoil, diesel or fuel oil), gaseous and solid fuels, as well as electricity. This is the undeniable advantage of such systems. Today, two technologies are actively used for heating - autonomous heat supply and centralized. In Russia, for example, district heating from CHPs is the most common, accounting for about eighty percent of urban housing stock.

Block-modular boiler plants

Heating plants and large industrial enterprises, as a rule, have several powerful boiler plants, for which reserve capacities are necessarily provided, united by a single feed line and steam pipeline, which allows for repair and maintenance work without stopping boiler plants and without reducing the number of the thermal energy they generate.

A serious disadvantage of a centralized heating system is the wear of heating mains, which sometimes leads to losses of up to 20% of energy, as well as the costly and time-consuming installation of boiler equipment. This explains the recent steady trend towards the introduction of autonomous heat supply technologies.

Block-modular boiler plants designed to supply heat to one or a small group of consumers can significantly optimize energy losses and avoid coolant leaks, which often occur due to accidents in conventional centralized heating networks.

This type of boiler plants can be equipped with a wide variety of equipment (taking into account the specifics of the facility). And the installation of this type of boiler installations is also not difficult, since they consist of separate modules and sandwich panels (blocks) of the external fence, which are easily assembled into a single structure. Therefore, block-type boilers do not even require a separate room and can be used almost in the field. Another advantage of block-modular boiler plants is the relative ease of their transportation, due to the small size and low weight of the component parts (modules).
