Any large modern construction site needs technologically advanced heat-insulating materials with high performance. The Russian company "TechnoNIKOL" is a manufacturer of universal mineral plates "Tekhnoruf V60". They are widely used both in the construction of civil and industrial facilities due to their high unique qualities.
Technoruf B60: specifications and features
The material is a slab of 1200x600 mm in size, 50 or 100 mm thick. The basis of the heat insulator is bas alt (rock mineral), from which fibers are produced - threads that are firmly interconnected, which form the basis of "Technoruf B60". Thermal conductivity specifications of this product: no more than 0.038W/(m0C) at 250C.
Bas alt meltsat a temperature of more than 1000 0С, and in the production of insulation boards it is heated up to 1500 0С. Therefore, Technoruf V60 is non-flammable and can be used as fire protection. However, organic resin - a binder of bas alt fibers - evaporates at a temperature of 300 0С, which negatively affects the strength index.
All mineral wool boards are treated with a special water-repellent compound, due to which Technoruf V60 has technical characteristics in terms of water absorption and vapor permeability of no more than 1.5% and no less than 0.3 mg / (m.h. Pa), respectively. These qualities are especially important during installation, as they do not allow rain, fog and other atmospheric phenomena to damage the material and disrupt its performance.
Where is Technoruf B60 applied?
The main purpose of this material is the thermal insulation of roofs, both exploited (flat) and non-exploited (made at a slope), as well as other building structures (foundation, load-bearing walls, floors) made of metal and reinforced concrete. It has received the greatest application in the arrangement of exploited roofs (since it can withstand frequent point loads), where it serves as the top layer of thermal insulation.
In addition, it can also be used on roofs without a screed. This is due to the fact that Technoruf V60 has technical characteristics in terms of indicators:
- compressive strength - not less than 60 kPa at 10%deformation;
- peel strength of layers - not less than 15 kPa.
Practical material
In addition to excellent heat-insulating and water-repellent performance, Technoruf B60 insulation technical characteristics for sound insulation allow it to be used as a soundproofing material. The plates are harmless and environmentally friendly: they are chemically neutral when interacting with building materials and substances contained in the air. All these qualities make it possible to use this material in multi-storey civil buildings, private buildings (cottages, country houses, summer cottages), industrial facilities.
It is able to perform its functions at temperatures from -60 to 400 0C. Technoruf B60 mineral wool slabs with a density of 180 kg/m3 have a low specific gravity and are easy to cut and install (do not require special equipment), so the laying process takes place on short notice.
