What is hidden behind the word "loose"? What can you think about when, for example, in a warehouse they ask a worker to bring a piece of dead wood to load a bunch of bags on it and transport them to the car? A vague recollection pops up in my memory that this is how a bad person is usually called. But it turns out that rokhlya is the same as rokla or rokhla, and means a manual hydraulic cart. Where did this name come from and how appropriate is its use in communication?
