The kitchen is simply a place where food is prepared and eaten. Today, thanks to the variety in the design of household appliances and furniture designs, this room can be turned into a unique and attractive object that emphasizes the beauty of the apartment and the creativity of its owners. Therefore, in modern interiors, bulky stoves with outdated, unsafe burners look a little out of place.
More and more owners refuse such devices, preferring electrical counterparts. And there are significant reasons for this. Firstly, houses above 5 floors are equipped only with electric stoves. Secondly, they are more reliable, cheaper, safer, and the electric stove burner itself does not look so terrifying. However, we would like to devote today's article not to electric stoves in general, but to their important component parts - burners, about which, until recently, almost no one on the networkremembered.
Features
Today we are used to seeing enamelled electrical devices with classic round heating elements. However, along with them, manufacturers have mastered the production of many other, more interesting variations of burners, including glass-ceramic ones. It’s more likely not even a burner for an electric stove, but an entire work surface, because there is no clearly defined contour of such devices, which can only be seen in photo No. 2. The surface of glass-ceramic burners is completely flat, and this, in turn, is a big gain in functionality and appearance. Agree, such a burner for an electric stove looks much more attractive than round metal "pancakes".
Properties
Both types of burners can maintain high temperatures, it is convenient to heat up and cook absolutely any food on them in the shortest possible period of time. Note that even glass-ceramic burners for an electric stove (including Lysva) are very difficult to damage in some way by casually placing pots, a kettle and similar containers on its surface. Such reliability is achieved through the use of special materials and an enameled top layer, thanks to which any of its types boldly resists various mechanical damage, not to mention temperatures.
How do they work?
Such a burner (including for the Elektra-1001 electric stove) operates as follows. After turning on the elementbegins to gradually heat up, while heat is released due to the conversion of one type of energy into another. Each burner for an electric stove has a separate electrical circuit, through which the supply and conversion of electricity into heat takes place. Due to the presence of a wire with high electrical resistance, heating occurs in the asbestos storage. The thermostat, the control of which is displayed on the electric stove panel, allows you to adjust the temperature of the burner and prevent possible overheating of the system as a whole. This is how the modern electric stove works.
