Differences from traditional gas stoves

Of course, the dimensions of such devices are several times larger than the dimensions of a conventional stove, so using themfor domestic purposes it is simply impractical, and turning it on for the sake of 2-3 liters of food (this is 1/100 of everything that it should process) makes no sense.

You can often see such tools in canteens at industrial enterprises with more than 100 employees. In such containers, the first and second courses are quickly prepared, vegetables are boiled for salads, as well as the preparation of semi-finished products. In addition, cooking pots are great for side dishes, sauces, hot drinks and even sweet dishes.

Naturally, the most versatile equipment is a mobile boiler with a tilting tank. However, the cost of such a device is hundreds of thousands of rubles.
It is worth noting that, despite the widespread use of gas stoves, the electric drive is most often used on cooking boilers. Why? The fact is that, thanks to this method of heating, it is possible to regulate the temperature of the container in several ranges. Gas instruments either have two degree modes, or do not have them at all, that ishow much the side dish or water is heated, this will be its temperature.
Working algorithm
As for the principle of operation, the digester boiler (including KPEM 250) works as follows. When heating the coolant (the so-called heating element - it is located in the "jacket" of the device) between the walls of the vessel, which are most often filled with air or water, heat is generated. So - with an increase in temperature on the walls of the boiler tank, the heating of the liquid itself, semi-finished products and other food increases. As you can see, the principle of operation of this device is not so complicated.
