All chipboard pads must be inserted in such a way that they are flush with the top and bottom of the armrest. When the frame of this element is ready, you can start pasting it with foam rubber. As in the previous manufacturing option, all sharp corners and edges must be processed with a grinder or sandpaper. It is also worth noting that foam rubber is usually not glued to the back of the armrest, batting is used here.

Unfolding mechanism and product finishing

In order to make a folding sofa with your own hands, you must perform the following steps. Non-separable hinges are attached to the bases of the back and seat.
