For the manufacture of curb stone, concrete of increased strength is used. Paving slabs are much longer preserved due to framing with a road curb. The material is used for roads, playgrounds, parking lots, paths, landscaping.

Production
Curb stone is formed under high pressure. Presses for the production of such products work as follows. The form is filled with a dispenser, and then pressed, as a result of which excess water is removed. In the next step, the curbs are removed, placed on pallets and sent to dry.
Earlier curb stone was made of granite. Thanks to new technologies (vibrocompression, vibrocasting), a side stone of strict geometric proportions is obtained. Modern equipment makes it possible to reduce the cost of the manufacturing process and obtain high quality material.

For the correct installation of products, you need to know their height. They dig a trench in depth exactly half the height of the side itself. The soil should be well compacted. To further strengthen the curbs, sand is poured. All work is carried out using a level and pulling a fishing line between two pegs. This must be done in order for the work to be carried out qualitatively. Curbs are also concreted on both sides.
