Description
The bush of this rose is sprawling and quite tall - in the southern regions it can grow up to 4 meters. Leathery large leaves have a dark green matte color. Around the beginning of July, the flowering period begins, and it lasts a whole month. The bush is covered with red flowers, the diameter of which is about 8 cm. There can be up to 15 of them in one inflorescence. The flowers are terry, their bright color fully justifies the name of the variety, which is translated from German as "flame dance".

Rosa Flamentanz was bred in 1955 and immediatelygained great popularity among gardeners. They were ready to pay a lot of money for seedlings and even stole them from other people's plots. It is one of the few flowers that has earned ADR certification, which is traditionally given to the most resistant plants grown without chemicals.
Landing
Planted in spring or autumn. The first step is to choose a suitable location. Flamentan climbing rose prefers well-lit areas protected from the wind. The soil needs to be dug to the depth of a shovel and holes sized 50x50 cm should be prepared at a distance of at least one meter from each other. They are carefully shed with water and laid on the bottom of the soil mixture, consisting ofmanure and clay (2, 5 and 5 kg respectively) with the addition of two tablets of phosphorobacterin.

The main thing that is required for this species is top dressing, watering and loosening the soil. Fertilizer in the form of humus or compost is enough to apply once a year at the rate of a bucket per bush. Be sure to feed with mullein at least once a season - fresh manure is diluted with water and insisted for two weeks (200 liters of water for 2 buckets of manure). Pour a bucket on each bush. Such top dressing significantly increases the intensity of flowering roses.
Loosening the soil in the near-stem circles of the plant is carried out every time a hard airtight crust is formed. Mulching is more effective - it retains moisture and attracts worms and other beneficial microorganisms. Watering is recommended once a week.

Preparing for winter
