Installation technology
Sewer plastic pipes are laid in a certain sequence. Preparatory work
Sewage plastic pipes can be cut using a hacksaw. But it is recommended to use a special tool that, when cutting, allows you to get a chamfer. When carrying out such work manually, the edge of the product must be carefully cleaned, providing an angle of 150 °, this will eliminate the possibility of failure of the sealing ring.
Installation can be carried out using the following materials and tools:

Styling
Mounting of elements should be done only after a special lubricant has been applied to the smooth end of the components. In this case, the rubber gasket will last for a longertime. The smooth edge of the element must be removed from the socket, which will allow fastening. In order to fix the system, clamps mounted under the coupling should be used. Horizontally, the step between the clamps should not be ten times the diameter of the pipe, as for the risers, this distance is approximately 200 cm. The most suitable step from the system elements to the pipe is 4 mm. When installing, do not make the mount rigid, as this can create internal stress, which is unacceptable.
Sewerage in screed and wall
Before you connect sewer plastic pipes, you should consider whether it may be necessary to enclose the components of the system in concrete. At the same time, one should not miss the moment that the structure will have to have temperature grooves, the width of which is 10 mm. It is important to securely strengthen the elements so that they do not change their position. The grooves obtained between the couplings and sockets should be sealed with construction tape.
Plastic sewer pipes, the price of which may vary depending on the parameters, can also be laid in the walls. In the future, they can be hidden under a layer of plaster. At the same time, plastic products should be protected, for example, with corrugated cardboard, but fiberglass is also perfect for this.
Coupling of polymer and cast iron elements
If you live in an old-style building, then when changing the sewerage system, the task may arise to make a connectionplastic and cast iron pipes. In this case, it is necessary to use a transition pipe that has the inner diameter you need. Pairing of polymer and cast iron pipes is carried out by means of a sealing gasket.

Plastic sewer pipes, the price of which varies depending on the characteristics, may have a different socket, wall thickness and length. For example, products that have a socket 50 are used when wiring networks that carry household and fecal waste. The scope of their application is generally quite wide: they are common in the installation of plumbing fixtures, risers in buildings of any purpose. The described pipes are based on gray polypropylene. Such a material is on average 20 times lighter than analogues made of cast iron. He is not afraid of exposure to hot water up to 95 oC, as well as chemicals. Such pipes can have a length of 20 to 3000 mm, and the price varies from 32 to 156 rubles, respectively.
If you need a plastic sewer pipe 100, this means that its diameter will be 100 mm, therefore, you can choose products whose wall thickness will be more impressive (2.7 mm), but also the price for the same length, which was mentioned above, will vary between 65-400 rubles.
Sewer pipes with a diameter of 100 mm are designed for installation of external non-pressure systems through which wastewater migrates by gravity. These elements are intended for systems that are not subject tosignificant soil loads.
