Well, now about what temperature should be in the refrigerator and freezer. First, let's deal with freezers. Modern electric motors are able to cool their temperature to minus 30 degrees Celsius (the so-called deep freeze). For domestic purposes, this freezing is practically not used. But industrial factories operate just such powerful electric motors. A refrigerator for a store also has such properties. For the house, a temperature ranging from -20 to -25 degrees Celsius is sufficient. Food can be stored in the same way asat -25, and at -18 degrees. As for the cold store, where most of our products are located, here the temperature regime is ambiguous. Expensive refrigerators have the function of adjusting the temperature in each compartment separately, in which case you can safely store almost all the products that are in supermarkets. Unfortunately, cheap versions do not have such a function: all food is stored at the same temperature. The main storage range varies from 3 to 5 degrees above zero. If you are purchasing a new refrigerator and do not know what degree to set, first fix it at +4 degrees Celsius.
