Turnkey apartments are another matter - which means that residents only need to bring furniture, arrange it in the apartment and live. All the necessary work has already been completed: the apartment has interior partitions, the walls and floor are finished, plumbing is installed. This is an inexpensive repair, but quitedecent. As a rule, middle-income people live in turnkey apartments.

Finishing an apartment consists of two steps:
