But there are many other interpretations of this abbreviation. Interestingly, even representatives of the same profession will not always give the same explanation for PPR. PPR in construction can be interpreted both as site preparation work and as scheduled preventive maintenance (this option is likely to be chosen by public utilities employees of various operating companies). And doctors will have their own explanations, and also different ones. One of them: "PPR is premature sexual development in girls (a rather unpleasant hormonal failure)."
For production workers, PPR can be deciphered as a receiving and distributing pipe, as a plow flat cutter-ripper, as a round baler. For VKontakte users, this is the name of one of the groups: Pioneer Camp Dusty Rainbow. For those related to plumbing, PPR is an abbreviation for polypropylene products. PPR and pirates
Another interesting explanation for the PPR is the Pirate Party of Russia. The fire regulations are a typical clerical sample, consisting of almost five hundred paragraphs with tables and covering almost all vital areas. Reading such a document, frankly, is tedious. Not reading is scary. According to knowledgeable experts, every similar paper is written by a humanblood. That is, somewhere there is a big trouble, people are dying. Organizational conclusions are drawn, and an instruction is created, the purpose of which is to prevent such troubles. But for the vast majority of us, all these instructions are empty pieces of paper that do not apply to us and do not deserve special attention. Is it any wonder that people continue to die?
Let's at least briefly go over the points of the PPR. Some of them relate to facilities in which people stay at night (hospitals, nursing homes, etc.). The regulations on round-the-clock duty of service personnel, on additional exits, on actions for the evacuation of the disabled and the elderly in case of fire are detailed. If all this was meticulously carried out, would so many people die in recent years when such establishments ignite?
The rules clearly describe the mode of action of city and township administrations and individuals in the event of dry windy weather. This is a complete ban on making fires, this is the creation of water supplies, this is the regular duty of citizens. If at least some of these requirements were met, would there be so many forest fires every year? Would so many people and buildings perish? Would the country have suffered such huge losses?

Instruction PPR is a document that is often prescribed to be read under signature. And we mindlessly sign, not bothering even the slightest immersion in the text. Probably, this is how the human consciousness works: a person persuades himself that nothing bad will definitely happen to him! But notis the price of such carelessness too high?
Here is the point of the PPR, addressed to almost every one of us: a ban on arranging pantries and utility rooms in floor corridors and stairwells, storing furniture and other combustible materials in them. But after all, this has already become the norm: to allocate a separate vestibule on the stairwell in front of the entrance to the apartment, strengthen it with a metal door and store all kinds of junk in it. Yes, it's probably convenient. But is any junk worth (and nothing of value is usually stored in such vestibules!) of human victims? But they will certainly be, if accidentally ignited rubbish blocks the exit from the apartment!
It remains only to call each of us to consciousness. Because PPR is serious!
