In France of the 16th century there was a very cute wedding custom: in honor of the celebration and as a token of gratitude, guests were presented with a small box of sweets. In those days, chocolate came to Europe from India and was a rarity. Of course, now you won’t surprise anyone with sweets, but the tradition has remained. Moreover, in Russia they also began to give bonbonnieres. DIY templates are very easy to make. And do not be afraid that there are a lot of boxes to be made.
Let's start, perhaps, with the simplest solution: a simple bag, the top of which will be decorated with a dahlia. We will need colored papyrus paper, cardboard, contrasting ribbons, scissors and a pencil. We fold two sheets of paper four times, so that we get a square, draw future petals on it with a dotted line and cut it out.
Next, we need to make our bonbonnieres stable. Do-it-yourself templates in the form of a circle with a diameter of about 4 centimeters are cut out of cardboard. Then we wrap it with the same paper and place it in the centerprepared papyrus. Now you can fold the candy and wrap it. We arrange the ends in a checkerboard pattern, twist and fasten with threads. At the base we tie a ribbon and fluff our flower. Everything, we made wedding bonbonnieres with our own hands!
For the next option, prepare A4 color double-sided cardboard, pencil, scissors, toothpicks, glue stick, adhesive tape, tapes. First of all, we draw the sun on the sheet: the diameter of the circle is 7 centimeters, the length of the rays is 8 centimeters, the base of the triangle is 1 centimeter.
When you cut out this shape, you will have a blank for a bonbonniere. Do-it-yourself templates are not at all difficult to make, even if you do not have special artistic talent. Then we apply the finished shape to the cardboard, circle and cut it out. After that, you need to bend up the strips. Inside the resulting structure, we add sweets, collect the rays together and fix them with tape. Tie a bow over the adhesive tape. If you know Photoshop, at least at a basic level, you can make small flags with the names of guests, wishes or words of gratitude. Attach it to a toothpick and stick it in the center of the makeshift box.
No less original look wedding bonbonnieres in the form of a piece of cake. Prepare colored cardboard or thick paper, as well as a white sheet. In addition, you will need a pencil, ruler, glue. To startyou need to draw a template, the image of which is shown in the photo. The sides of the rectangle are 12.2 and 5.7 centimeters. The base of the triangle is 6.8 centimeters. The height of the mounts is 2 centimeters. The back wall of the “cake” is 3.6 cm. An element with a round hole: width 2.6, height 1.7 centimeters. After the drawing is ready, it must be cut and folded.
Now let's start decorating the bonbonniere. Do-it-yourself templates can be decorated with ribbons, lace, various appliqués and more. If you make a lot of such “pieces”, you can get a very pretty cake in several tiers. Creative success, bright wedding, strong and happy marriage!
