Differences from horizontal

Design and control

As you can see from the photo, vertical blinds are presented in the form of longitudinal plates made of dense fabric or rigid materials fixed on the eaves. They can move sideways, going behind each other. So it turns out a narrow strip, similar to a curtain. The design of the product includes the following elements:

1. Bearing cornice, on which the curtain is attached, and a decorative cornice that acts as a facade.
2. Sliders fixing the slats.

4. Aluminum. These are rigid products that are not afraid of damage, moisture, temperature changes. Care and disinfection are rarely needed.
5. Tulle. These air products are created from flying material and plastic. The design will serve as a protection from light, while it diffuses and decorates the room.
6. Bamboo. Due to the mesh structure, products cannot completely protect the room from bright light. Products are suitable for rooms where natural materials predominate. They are unpretentious, comfortable, havelong service life.
7. Wooden. This is a rare option. The design has more weight, it is demanding to maintain.
8. Mirror. Made from plastic and reflective film.
9. Combined. These are blinds made of fabrics of different textures and colors.

Fabric vertical blinds are more suitable for rooms where you do not need to completely block out natural light, while plastic ones are needed where complete darkness is required.

Mounts

Products differ in the type of attachment:

1. Ceiling. This is a classic version, including cornices, control mechanisms and fittings.
2. No drilling. Structures are installed with cap brackets or adhesive materials.
3. Wall. Attached with brackets.
4. Door. These are interior blinds fixed on the door.
