  6. Next, the desired volume is stirred, and a homogeneous substance is obtained.
  7. After the supply of purified oxygen, the required level of combustibility is reached.
  8. Fuel begins to flow into the engine cylinders.
  9. The system is starting up. To start the engine in the gas generator device, a spark plug is provided to ignite the fuel mixture.
  10. The gas produced during combustion moves the crankshaft and piston system.
  11. Due to the rotational moment, mechanical energy is transferred to the rotor, which converts it into electrical energy.
  12. In the same way, magnets vibrate to create an electromagnetic field.

The processes described above are the main stages in the generation of electric current. The power of gasoline generators with a carburetor, as a rule, does not exceed 12 kW.

Classification by purpose

Household versions of these devices are most often portable and not intended for long-term continuous use. Power reaches at the same time 4 kW. Such a generator is perfect for powering a private house or for a long trip to nature with tents. In addition, such models can be used to ensure the operation of a small workshop or warehouse, but it is not recommended to keep them on for more than four hours in a row.
