Use
It is worth considering a manual spray gun with various pneumatic spray systems for auto repair purposes. Despite the fact that the guns of different systems are outwardly similar, they differ in the design of the air channels, as well as the structure of the head. This is understandable, because there is no point in changing the once developed body of the spray gun, excellent design and thoughtful ergonomics.
The manual spray gun can use one of several ways to supply paints and varnishes. With forced supply by the pump, the pressure increases several times, after which the substance is supplied to the sprayer. This method is suitable for those places where it is required to carry outpainting a large area with one color for a long time. A hand-operated spray gun with a lower tank is recommended for painting large parts, for example, the sides of cargo vans or the entire body with uniform monophonic enamels.
Modern auto repair shops and dealer body repair stations build the work of the paint and body shop in such a way as to quickly master the large volume of small daily repairs. The car from acceptance to delivery moves in accordance with the following scheme: reinforcement, tin, painting area, reinforcing again, so as not to waste time in intermediate sedimentation tanks. Such conditions make it possible to load the camera to the maximum with removable elements painted in different colors in one operation cycle.
Building features
The manual spray gun has the following device and principle of operation. The design of the device is as simple as possible: a cylindrical body is used here, where a plunger pump is placed, which is activated by pressing the handle, and two hoses are connected to the body. One is used to suck the substance from a bucket or other container, and the second is equipped with a fixed gun at the end to spray the composition onto the surface.
To actuate the manual CRDP airbrush, it is necessary to create pressure through a series of pressures on the handle. The valve opens when the handle is raised, while the composition is supplied from the external container to thedevice reservoir, after which the suction hose should be pulled out of the paint container, and then air should be pumped into the device. When it is full, the composition can be sprayed, for which the ball valve handle, which is located at the outlet, opens. It also allows you to adjust the consumption of paint and the intensity of its supply.
Everything is foreseen
Usually, a manual construction spray gun is equipped with a long handle-rod, which allows you to paint walls and other structures up to four meters high while standing on the ground. Wheels may be provided in the design of the device for ease of movement around the construction site.
