After that, it is filtered through the aqualene material, which was discovered by the researchers of the Aquaphor company. The aqualene granules are bonded together in such a way that water molecules cannot pass through them without blocking larger molecules. This material also includes active silver, which has antibacterial properties.
At the second stage, water enters the layer where the coal is compressed so that a particle larger than 1 micron cannot pass through it. This layer is called carbon block. It completely purifies water from moleculesrust, chlorine, phenol and other harmful substances.
The manufacturer claims that one Aquaphor B150 filter cartridge is designed to filter 12,000 liters of water. This volume will be enough for more than a year. Therefore, it can be used in schools, preschool institutions and cafes, since there is increased water consumption.

Replacing the cartridge
To replace an element, follow these steps:
- Disconnect the filter from the water supply pipes by removing the plastic fasteners on the housing.
- Disassemble the case itself.
- Replace cartridge.
- Assemble and connect plastic tubes.
- Run water for 10-15 minutes to fill the new cartridge with water and rinse off any remaining factory carbon dust.
