Production of fence blocks

The intake block is produced by dry vibrocompression at high pressure. This technology provides the concrete mass with density, resulting in a ready-made frost-resistant material. It consists of high-quality components: sand, cement, fillers, dyes, additives. The latest technologies for the production of such an artificial block make it possible to produce a fence element that does not visually differ from natural material and even surpasses it in many respects.

They produce blocks for straight or angled fences, as well as various sizes: 390×190×188 mm, 380×95×188 mm, 398×198×140 mm, 390×190×140 mm. A variety of colors, textures, a double-sided front view, an edge along the entire perimeter, a combination with plastic, wood, and artistic forging make it possible to implement any engineering and architectural solutions.

Benefits of fence blocks

Fence block called "torn stone" has a number of advantages.

  1. Ease and speed of installation. Due to the rectangular geometric shape, the same size, low weight, the blocks are stacked very quickly.
  2. Low cost compared to natural material. Decorative fence blocks, the price of which depends on the size and color, cost 16-80 rubles per piece.
  3. Strength. artificial chippedthe stone is frost-resistant, does not absorb moisture, does not burn, does not change its properties for many years. The blocks do not warp, shrink or collapse under the influence of external atmospheric phenomena, which contributes to the attractiveness and durability of the structure.
  4. Easy to operate. Fence structures built from such material do not need special care and are easily restored.
  5. Extraordinary design. Broken Stone Fence Blocks come in a wide range of colors to create a variety of architectural forms, giving the fence a beautiful look.

Flaws

Installation

The construction of a fence from blocks provides for the installation of a strip foundation for the entire perimeter of the fence. To install pillar blocks in their locations (the recommended distance between them is 3100 mm), metal pipes with a diameter of at least 60 mm should be concreted, and 90 mm under the gate and gate. Installation of fences from hollow block elements is carried out on vertical bars, which are mounted in the foundation in such a way that each of them falls into the block in the center. If the height of the fence wall is less than 4 blocks, the laying of reinforcement is not required. After the concrete has hardened, it is necessary to waterproof the foundation with water-repellent impregnation ST-17, "Ceresit"or Aquastop.

Installation begins with laying the first row of fence and post block elements on the masonry mortar along the entire perimeter of the fence. First, pillar blocks are laid out and glued. Then the fence elements are adjusted to them in length. Block pole and fence elements under a torn stone are interconnected with frost-resistant glue "Plitonit", "Kreps reinforced" or masonry mortar. After the glue hardens, concrete is poured into the internal cavity of the blocks. But before filling the voids, they should be abundantly moistened with water from the inside. It is recommended to pour no more than 3 blocks at a time.

For the installation of spans with other material (wood, corrugated board), embedded elements are welded to the pipe and treated with anticorrosive. After the installation of the fence is completed, it is advisable to waterproof with a water repellent and paint.
