Stages of work
A household wood milling machine (like an industrial one) performs work on a pattern pattern in 1-2 rough passes. In this case, at the first stages, a cylindrical end mill is used, which removes a largepart of the tree layer. Next, a spherical or conical cutter cleans the surface of the material being processed from a layer of chips and dust, after which the product will be completely ready for use.
Unfortunately, the desktop wood router does not have the ability to process the part with a protective varnish on top, so this process has to be done manually. And the surface of the picture is varnished in order to protect the product from mechanical damage and the harmful effects of environmental factors (direct sunlight, water, moisture, etc.).
