How to do?

First of all, cut and sew the fabric to make a bag. It will need to be turned out. Sew up the remaining edge and iron. For slats, it is necessary to form some pockets. Do it this way: fold the edges of the roller blind 3 cm on top and 1.5 cm on the bottom. Sew. Insert the straps into these pockets. Carefully screw in a pair of screw rings on top of the bar and from the inside. Do these manipulations in the upper bar.
