There is another folk remedy for ants - a clove of garlic, parsley and tomato tops, which are effective due to the pungent smell. A decoction can be made from tomato tops, which is subsequently sprayed on the area where the ants are most observed. If you have ground cinnamon, you can use that as well.
Such a folk remedy for ants, like honey, will help to lure insects out of their nest and destroy them in a short time. Everything is done very simply. It is necessary to soak a sponge with honey and put it where insects most often move. As soon as a fair amount of ants stick to it, it can be thrown into boiling water. Water with sugar, poured into a small jar, works in the same way. Insects will crawl towards the bait and drown in the liquid.
A folk remedy for ants is more preferable for use in the kitchen or other rooms, especially if there are small children in the house. If insects are divorced outside the premises and harm fruit trees and bushes, then you can already use special gels that contain a certain dose of poison.
Fighting garden ants with folk remedies is quite effective. For example, in an anthill, if it is located on your territory, you should pour a sweet liquid. To do this, pour a glass of sugar into a bucket of water. Ants will leave as they willtheir food supplies are ruined. So that insects do not harm the trees, they do not need to be allowed there.
