- With the help of special tapes or vapor-permeable mastic, a mandatory waterproofing of the mounting seam on the outside of the window is performed.
- And from the inside, using the same materials, a vapor barrier of the assembly seam is made.
- The window facing the street must be protected from UV rays.
- Deviations of the window block are allowed no more than 3 mm for the entire width or length of the structure.
Thus, installing PVC windows in accordance with GOST is a very difficult, but doable task for true professionals. After all, the state standard determines any detail - from what tools should be used in the work, to the characteristics of all used screws.

It would seem that low air temperature should be the reason for refusing to install windows at this time of the year. But when using special installation materials, high-quality tools and with the high professionalism of specialists, the winter season is not a hindrance. The main thing is that the temperature regime is observed (not lower than -15 ° С) and PVC windows are installed in accordance with GOST.
