Any summer resident and inhabitant of a cottage, one way or another, in our native country lives behind a fence, and it depends only on him what this life will be - pleasant and respectable or wretched and out of place!
Before you start building such a responsible structure as a profiled fence (after all, people look at it and think about you based on this type), you should scroll through all the decent options in your head and calculate just in case you have enough cash. As a last resort, the last issue can be solved with a loan provided by construction companies through friendly banks.
Another tricky question: "Are you tired of shoveling snow in front of the gate in winter?" If the answer is yes, then you should immediately start choosing a supplier of automatic gates.
This must be done before the construction of the fence from the profiled sheet for the simple reason that your gate will be made from one to two weeks. Especially if the size of the gate is non-standard! But it is better to choose the color of the fence from the profiled sheet according to the color of the gate, since the latter is more difficult and expensive to change. Accordingly, it is better to choose the type of paint according to the quality of the gate so that it does not stand out.
Now about the main thing - the installation of a fence from a profiled sheet. There are several nuances here. It is better to build a fence from a profiled sheet on a strip foundation with a depth of 30 to 50 cm, depending on what kind of soil you have on the site. The more water, the deeper the foundation, 25–30 cm wide with extensions at the pillars. Of course, if you have stone clay, and a site on a mountain, then you can simply “drive” the pipes into the clay. In other cases, the profiled sheet fence will surely begin to slowly but surely tilt, so that, in the end, the gate and the gate will stop closing and opening. For automatic gates, a foundation is required.
The next moment is the choice of pipes. I advise you to choose square ones, bricks will be located around them, and, as you know, there are no round ones. Consequently, the mortar consumption will be less, and the brickwork of the pillars will look prettier. If you decide to install automatic gates, then do not skimp on facing brick pillars. Do not skimp on it either, this is the weakest point of your fence! Down the strip foundation, it is better to make 2-3 rows of facing bricks. The fact is that profiled sheets have standard sizes (if you take non-standard ones, it will turn out expensive, but there is not much point in this). Therefore, the sheets are raised higher, and the lower part of the fence is laid out with facing bricks.
And, finally, the corrugated board itself. Be sure to take a profiled sheet painted at the factory, and do not let it be cut with a grinder! Otherwise, the fence will begin to rust the next year, as the grinder heats the metal along the edge.incision. To paint the veins, you can use rust paint, but you will have to paint again every two years. And do not plant the fence on "whatever" self-tapping screws, in this case, saving is stupid!
I want to note that an ordinary profiled sheet fence, without separating pillars, is also many times more economical than a wooden one. It does not need to be painted annually, and it does not "fall over" under the influence of rain and snow. In addition, the always aesthetic and tidy appearance of your site will be complemented by a neat type of fence from a profiled sheet!
