It's no secret that clean pool water is our he alth and safety first. The question arises: how to ensure this security? Using modern water treatment systems, the water in the pools will always be in perfect condition, remain crystal clear and have a pleasant smell.
The presented designs have long turned from luxury into an integral part of the interior design of private houses, cottages and large apartments.
Cleaning the pool is carried out in several stages:
- mechanical cleaning - removal of hair, debris, and other particulate matter;
- filtering removes suspended organic and mineral particles;
- water disinfection using chemicals (sodium hypochlorite, chlorine, chloramine, chlorine dioxide, bleach, etc.) and ultraviolet light.
The most common method of water disinfection is chlorination. Free chlorine is able to inhibit the enzyme systems of microorganisms that catalyzeredox processes. The required amount of the drug is determined by diagnostic chlorination. Ultraviolet disinfection is aimed at reducing the concentration of pathogenic microorganisms in the water to the limits set by the relevant requirements.
UV rays have a detrimental effect on cellular metabolism and on the enzyme systems of a bacterial cell. It should be noted that with the help of this method of water disinfection, not only vegetative, but also spore forms of microorganisms are destroyed.
UV disinfection of water has several advantages over chlorination:
- first, ozone has a higher oxidizing potential;
- secondly, ozone reacts to pollution twenty times faster than chlorine;
- thirdly, ozonation helps to increase the concentration of oxygen dissolved in water;
- fourthly, ozone does not irritate the skin and mucous membranes;
- fifth, ozone is synthesized at the point of consumption, which cannot be said about chlorine;
- sixth, ozonation does not change the organoleptic characteristics of water;
- seventh, prevents the formation of calcium deposits;
- eighthly, ozone hydrolyzes organic compounds (lotions, fats, creams, etc.) into their constituent parts.
Today, other pool cleaning methods are used, such as an automated pool cleaning system.
Sheprovides circulation of water in the pool. The nozzles of the system imitate a mountain stream.
Powerful streams of water move from one nozzle to another. The automated pool cleaning system is designed in such a way that its nozzles rotate during operation, the direction of the jets changes, which ensures cleaning of the entire surface. Debris and dirt are directed to the waste collection area, where they are removed from the pool through an active drain system. The Automated Pool Cleaning System has a unique design that uses the energy of the water to rotate the nozzles and switch water flows. The presented system has a huge tank for collecting coarse dirt. The automated pool cleaning system also prevents the development of algae and bacteria.
