But something stops. You can't decide where to start? Well, start from the ceiling. Pre-roll a plastic film on the floor (the floor, of course, has not yet been touched, but why bother with rubbing stains); places that are not subject to tinting, paste overspecial masking tape. The primer levels the surface and gives the desired density, preventing the paint from peeling.
In order for the coating to lay flat and not “stripe”, it must be applied correctly. The main thing in the puzzle of how to paint ceilings is to always stick to the direction from the light source (window) to the walls.
Work around the perimeter with a wide brush. Hold it correctly: tilt the flat part to the surface, gradually increasing this angle as you go. Do not apply too much pressure on the brush to avoid smudges.
The first layer is applied perpendicular to the window. Let the paint dry. Do not rush the process by placing heaters in the room. Just spend money paying electricity bills, and the fresh color will bubble. Be patient and wait for the composition to fix itself on the surface.
How to repaint ceilings? It is necessary to drive the roller from the light source, but already moving parallel to the window. The second layer lies crosswise with respect to the first coating.
We act delicately with the roller. Evenly pressing, we draw a strip, not looking up from the surface for a moment. We lead the next strip, slightly superimposing it on the previous one. It's okay if there are marks from the edges. We carefully roll them out perpendicular to the main direction.
