Drain valvehas two parts, and the lid that closes the tank includes a button consisting of two halves (a little larger and a little smaller). When you press one part of the button, the maximum reset is activated, and the other part - the economy mode. There is also a stop system, when when you press the drain, water descends, and to stop it, you need to press the button again.
Both drain and locking mechanisms, unfortunately, do not last very long. You will easily notice when they become unusable - water will start to leak or will not be filled to the end. It will be much more convenient and profitable not to bother with the repair of individual spare parts inside the valve, but to buy a whole new valve. Its service life is directly dependent on the quality of the water supplied. But usually is about five years.
