Cranes are used most often in enterprises. This is a very useful and sometimes indispensable technique. With its help, they lift heavy loads to a height and move them from place to place. This is often necessary, for example, when installing block foundations and panel walls, during roofing and finishing work. In addition to construction sites, cranes are used in warehouses, for moving goods, in ports, and at enterprises. No machine shop or foundry is complete without an overhead crane.
Use in private housing construction
For private traders, due to the high cost, it is rather problematic to purchase even a small personal crane. Renting in this case can be a pretty good alternative. After all, usually at a private construction site, a crane is not needed all the time, but for a one-time performance of one or more specific tasks. Sometimes owners of cottages and houses use homemade lifting devices.
These are quite simple mechanisms, which, despite their relative primitiveness, do a good job with the tasks. Sometimes this may bereal homemade crane. Such devices usually have a fairly large load capacity (300-350 kg) and boom length (6-8 m). Making such a crane is quite difficult, but possible.
